" The story of my cast : I got an injury last year to my achilles tendon after my boyfriend at the time was forcing me to lose weight. At first , i had a sprain to my left ankle from the working out , two weeks later I had the Achilles Tendon injury on the other side . Last year I was in the cast for two months , then into a walker for four months . Now I re injured it by doing too much physical labor around the house and garden . I have been in a cast for a month now , and hopefully get it taken of tomorrow . "


" Die Geschichte meines Gipsbeins: Ich habe mir letztes Jahr eine Verletzung der Achillesehne zugezogen nachdem mein damaliger Freund mich gezwungen hat Gewicht zu verlieren. Anfangs hatte ich eine Verstauchung in meinem linken Knöchel von der Arbeit , zwei Wochen später hatte ich die Achillessehnenverletzung auf der anderen Seite. Letztes Jahr war ich in Gips für zwei Monate dann bekam ich einen Walker für 4 Monate. Jetzt habe ich mich wieder durch zu viel  körperliche Arbeit rund um Haus und Garten verletzt. Ich habe diesen Gips jetzt seit einem Monat und hoffentlich bekommen den Gips bald ab  . "
